THE MOVE ONLINE - LOVE IT OR NOT?

Over the last 12 months, more than 1500 Victorians participated in CFA programs online (on Zoom) and more than 1200 viewed a Fire Safety Essentials Session on YouTube or Facebook.

While many events will remain face to face whenever possible, the switch to online programs during COVID provides us with an opportunity to consider what mode works best - the most effective, efficient and accessible format - for the community, for the team and to achieve CFA’s strategic goals.

To inform decision making about future engagement and education activities we need to understand your experiences and insights about the advantages and disadvantages for you, for organisers and facilitators and the impacts and achievements from delivering programs online.

Please provide your feedback by completing the survey below!

  • CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

This survey is seeking feedback from members of the community who attended CFA's programs the last 12-18 months. Your feedback will help us to plan future activities and make changes which will improve how we deliver our fire safety programs.

The survey should take about 6-8 minutes to complete. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you are free to withdraw from participation at any time, without consequence.

Your responses will be used solely for analytical purposes to help improve our services. No individual will be identified in any reporting. CFA has engaged the third-party provider Altometer to conduct this evaluation, and they are contractually obliged to protect any information you provide.

Want to know what we do with this information or how your data is being protected? You can find this out and more here.

If you have any questions about this project, please contact Deanne - deanne.bird@cfa.vic.gov.au
